has anyone ever noticed, that cooking is a lot harder then it sounds? I mean sure, its like chemistry, but personally I find it a bit harder then that. When ever I sit and think about what to make for dinner, I never can figure out what to make because my knowledge of food is limited to Italian dishes (nothin wrong with that mind you) but when you have to cook for another person who is so used to eating different foods its a bit of a mind boggle on what to cook. So now I am looking up different things on the interweb, because honestly I have no idea what to look for! I dont even know how to cook veggies properly for Gods sake!
